Sophie is a former Dancer and teaches Iyengar Yoga in Chelmsford, with a mindset of teaching you the tools, intention and firm foundation to look after your body, mind, health and wellbeing. Iyengar Yoga combines standing postures, seated, twists, forward bends and backbends to open the body and get rid of those cobwebs by improving alignment and energy to bring a sense of calm and restored mindset
